In this second article you will learn how Multi Level Marketing can allow you to do just that, putting systems and people to work, instead of investing large amount of money and having that money work for you.
Multi-level Marketing is a business, that is made to let you capitalise on leverage. Firstly, as your team expands you’ll be paid on the efforts of everyone in your down line and also there will normally be tools and systems in place, which you can use to build your business. Multilevel Marketing companies normally offer marketing tools and resources to aid you and you need to ensure that your up line has a prospecting and sponsoring process, or system that you can use to develop your business.
Therefore, this explains how you can benefit from building a Multi Level Marketing business, but how will your customers and business partners benefit? If you aren’t certain, or aren’t able to explain it, then why would anyone even think about partnering you? That may sound harsh, however it’s also true!
Bearing this in mind, do you know why companies elect to deliver products through direct sales, instead of using the conventional wholesale / retail route? Do you know why the products are usually a high quality, as well as far better value, and why the business is able to pay Associates a high commission rate on sales? If not, why not? and what else could you do about it today to move your business forward?
It’s impossible to answer all of these questions in a single short article, but I will give you a short summary from the customer’s perspective:
A client purchasing from a store will normally pay 2-3 times more for a product than the wholesaler / retailer paid the manufacturer for it. Say for example a product costs ?10 to manufacture. The wholesaler may then pay ?15 for every unit and the retailer most probably purchases them for around ?20 to ?25 from the wholesaler. The retailer will then need to sell the product to the customer for ?45, to offset their expenses for rent, staffing, tools, advertising, etc. and still make a profit. Hence, the customer pays ?45 for an item which the manufacturer actually sells for ?15, since everybody in the distribution chain must make a profit on the purchase.
If you purchase from a direct selling company then you purchase directly from the producer, or wholesaler. Therefore you will either pay much less for your goods, or you’ll get a much higher quality product for exactly the same amount of money. For evidence, just look at just how much cheaper companies such as Amazon and Play.com sell products for, compared to the high street shops. Here you’re purchasing from the wholesaler, thus think of the extra effect of buying straight from the manufacturer!
By buying direct, your clients may reduce the middlemen and receive products that represent far better value for money. Explain this to your potential prospects, to enable them to understand the direct sales industry, instead of being sceptical or apprehensive to purchase through you.
